Lines
I used the line tool in Adobe Illustrator to create a series of ten lines, each designed to represent different emotions and objects. By adjusting the thickness, length, and angles of the lines, I was able to convey like joy, sadness, and anger through their shapes and orientations. This project allowed me to explore the expressive potential of simple lines, transforming them into visual representations of complex ideas.
Twighlight Sparkle + Emo
Using Adobe Illustrator line tool, I created a unique design that blends the playful essence of Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony with an emo/goth aesthetic. I started by outlining her iconic features, such as her mane and tail, using sharp angular lines to give them a darker twist. The color palette shifted to deep purples and blacks, enhancing the gothic vibe while still maintaining some of her signature sparkle. This combination resulted in a striking character that captures both whimsy and edge, showcasing my creative approach to merging different styles.
